We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel or change it.

If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy once the package has been delivered.

Vili Intimates reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock availability, payment verification issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or technical pricing errors. If we cancel your order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.
