Due to the intimate nature of some of our products, returns are subject to hygiene requirements.
Return Eligibility

For hygiene reasons, panties, bodysuits, lingerie bottoms, swimwear bottoms, and similar intimate items may not be returnable once the hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed.
Non-Returnable Items
Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized products, and items that do not meet our hygiene requirements cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
